The 2012 election of republicans Pat McCrory, Governor and Mark Meadows, US Representative from District 11 was monumental and says much about the people in western Carolina. The people are tired of high taxes, red tape in business, and pathetic monitoring of authenticity of voters. Our Governor-elect plans to issue in Voter ID, lower taxes, and make NC a business friendly state. Mike Clampitt shares all the ideals of conservative values; his enthusiasm for and unwavering loyalty to true conservative beliefs in the NC is beyond reproach. He is a staunch individual; believing doing right by the people, NOT just following the crowd for sake of party.

MIKE CLAMPITT has been and is STILL focused on public service. Having served in the Fire Service for 31 years, 28 years in Charlotte, NC working with Pat McCrory and retired as Fire Captain, he is dedicated to helping others. He also worked in the Community College System for 14 years at Central Piedmont in Charlotte, NC as Director of Fire and Rescue Training.
